Churros !!

INGREDIENTS Milk (1.25 cup) All-purpose flour (1 cup) 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Small Eggs Oil (to fry) Sugar and Cinnamon mix (to coat the churros) Equipments Required: Hand Beater, Piping Bag with Star Nozzle METHOD OF PREPARATION Add milk to a saucepan and add butter to this. Let the butter melt completely and bring milk to boil. When the milk starts to bubble and rise, lower the flame and add the flour to the milk and butter mixture. Mix the ingredients with a spatula, until the flour and milk mixture completely combines and it forms into a ball without sticking to the pan. Remove from the flame, once you have a perfect dough. Transfer this to another bowl and let it cooled down completely. Once it is cooled down, add the egg one by one and whisk with an electric beater at the lowest setting until the egg combines well.
